Our Mission

... to put you and your family in a dream homes without the nightmare cost!

There was a time when buying a home was just an expected part of life.  The way things are now that seems like an impossibility for so many, we want to change that.

The Dream

How many times have you heard:
“I can afford $2,500 a month in rent… but I can’t afford to buy a home.”
Or, “I want to retire, but I still have a mortgage I can’t afford to carry.”

Too often.

In today’s economy, many families are doing everything right—working hard, paying their rent on time, every time—yet still find it nearly impossible to save enough month to month for a down payment.

When homes do come onto the market, they are often snapped up quickly—often by buyers with cash in hand—leaving many families without a fair chance to compete.

Even those who consistently manage monthly housing costs are frequently unable to meet traditional lending criteria, despite already demonstrating the ability to sustain those same payments.

Rising construction costs, economic uncertainty, and supply shortages have only pushed homeownership further out of reach.

For many, the dream of owning a home isn’t gone…
it’s just been pushed further away than it should be.

The Inspiration

Eco Dream Homes LLC was founded by Zee Priest, whose vision is shaped by both professional experience and a deep understanding of how housing can—and should—work.

Zee spent over 20 years living and working overseas, including more than a decade supporting large-scale, multi-billion dollar construction projects as a Contracts Specialist. During that time, she saw firsthand how housing could be built differently—using concrete construction to create homes that are not only durable, but also beautiful, efficient, and affordable.

In regions such as the Mediterranean and the Middle East, concrete housing is widely used not only for its strength and longevity, but for its ability to support thoughtful, climate-responsive design. These homes are often both highly functional and architecturally beautiful—demonstrating that durability and aesthetics can exist together without compromise.

Returning to the United States, Zee saw a very different reality.

Despite working families consistently meeting their monthly housing obligations, the path to homeownership has become increasingly difficult. Rising costs, restrictive lending structures, and market competition—often from cash buyers—have created a system where many people who can afford to live in a home cannot afford to own one.

EcoDream Homes was created to challenge that gap.

By bringing proven construction methods together with thoughtful design and practical financing concepts, Zee is working to create housing that is not only attainable, but sustainable—both financially and structurally.

This work is also deeply personal.

EcoDream Homes is, in part, a continuation of a dream she once shared with her husband, Terry, whose memory remains a quiet but constant source of love and inspiration.
